This extremely rare UK 12" vinyl record was released in 1991 to mark the tenth anniversary of the No.1 single "Ghost Town" by The Specials. It features the original six-minute version of that song, plus three other tracks including a 1991 reworking entitled "Ghost Dub '91".

I have owned this record from new. It has been stored upright in a smoke-free, pet-free home.
Overall, this item comes in very nice condition - somewhere between VG+/Ex. I have tried to describe it as accurately as possible, although I no longer own a turntable and can only give the vinyl a visual grading.
The sleeve is in excellent condition. No seam splits or tears, but it does smell quite musty after 30 years of storage. Just one small area of creasing to the top left-hand corner (see photo) and some discreet "spot" marks which are only visible if you hold the sleeve up to the light. Otherwise, very few signs of age or shelfwear.
The vinyl has been played about a dozen times since 1991. There are a couple of hairline scratches on Side A which may generate some surface noise during the first song, but apart from these light scratches the rest of the vinyl comes in excellent, gently used condition. Labels are spotless.
A solid, clean, gently-used and highly playable copy of this extremely rare item, with just a few cosmetic flaws as outlined above. I think whoever buys this record will be very pleased with it.
