Description

Up for auction today is arguably the most scarce and sought ofter Eddie Bo production out there. The Soul Powers / Assumarks Derfla - Soul Power / Do The Crawfish. Original 1969 issue on SCRAM. 
This 45 has the Soul Power instrumental on the A-side, and the vocal version of Soul Power called "Do The Crawfish" on the B-side, which is PEAK New Orleans funk in my opinion. Truly an amazing 45 sonically and historically. 
Record is visually G on both sides with lots of scratches; with a couple of them being deep - but this remarkably plays quite well for its condition. Plays with surface noise throughout and clicks pops and all of that usual jazz. Plenty of label wear (see photos). Absolutely no skips, so I would say it plays G+ on both sides.
