This is the "holy grail" for collectors of The Smiths! This Italian version of the William, It Was Really Nothing 12" single (VINX 71) contains an alternate version of "How Soon Is Now" that does not appear on any other official release by The Smiths. The sleeve is in VG+ condition (see photos) and the vinyl is in Near Mint condition with no visible scratches or marks. I played it once after purchase to hear the alternate version of "How Soon Is Now".
