Description

For Auction, A Pristine Copy of the Great  LP by The Smiths, titled The Queen Is Dead and dates from 1986. The Label is US Sire and this is a very first pressing US Pressing, with a Promo Stamped Cover. The LP & Cover are both in exquisite condition, just about like new, amazing considering the record and cover are 34 years old. The vinyl has no groove wear, no marks on the spindle, no scratches. It looks like it has hardly, if ever, seen the turntable. No way you'll find a better copy of the vinyl. The Promo Cover is in EX+ condition with a few signs of handling, and a bit of storage wear on the back of the cover. The original paper inner sleeve is intact, with a tiny tear on the very bottom. Over the next few weeks, I will be selling some my Smiths collection, and many of the LP's are in Pristine condition. This beauty has been in storage for many years, and now that I am Old & Grey, it is time to give it a new owner. I have been collecting records since the 1950's, and I know how to grade them, and ship them. The record cover will be  placed in a protective sleeve, and the vinyl will be shipped out of the album jacket. It will be shipped in a 13 X 13 X 3 box, with protective packing peanuts.
