This is the exceedingly rare VINX 71 Italian 12" of 'William It Was Really Nothing' with the mispressing of 'How Soon Is Now' on the B-side.  It is the Holy Grail of Smiths vinyl.  This 12" contains the highly sought after, seldom heard version of 'How Soon Is Now'.  This version is a rough studio edit, a work in progress that was never intended to be heard.  The mix is completely different from the standard version.  From the first moment the track begins, you know you're in for a treat!  The guitars, drums, and vocals sound completely different from the single version.  You even get a little inside look into the studio with Morrissey as near the end of the track the music drops out and Morrissey can be heard saying "O.K." followed by the mix being brought back up.  Truly amazing!!!  I can't tell you how rare this item is.  Only a handful of these are out there as they never hit the shelves for sale.  The cover and record are in great shape.  Don't pass up this extremely rare Smiths record.
