Description

The Smiths - The Queen Is Dead 1986, USA First Issue, Promo Copy W/ Inner Sleeve. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Media Mail.


Owned by me since 1987. A promo copy of the most desirable of all U.S. pressings, the ARC Pressing, matrix 1 25426 A SH2 ? B-23803-SH2 ?12791 1-1. Gatefold sleeve is strong and sturdy with corner ding upper right, light corner wear, few edge creases, and some ringwear on the back. The record looks rough with numerous marks and hairlines, but I played it from beginning to end yesterday and it plays solid VG+ about 90-95% of the time with the remainder yielding just a light tick here and there, no skips, jumps, etc...with the original inner sleeve.
