Description
The Slits Cut classic punk/reggae. This is the original UK 1st pressing (better sounding than the US pressing). Nr Mint. Matrix A-1U, B-1U. Includes original inner sleeve w/ artwork. Island Records ILPS 9573 Manufactured by EMI Records. Very rare especially in this condition.
I bought this record new about 30 years ago and have had it in storage for most of the time since. I don't have a turntable at the moment so I took this record to a friend's place and listened on a Linn LP12 turntable. The sound is unbelievably good (much better than the CD sound I've been used to).
Vinyl is heavy, shiny and looks like a brand new record (if you look under bright light you can see a couple of very small hairline scratches) - Near mint condition. The cover also looks shiny and brand new except for a very slight bend in the upper right corner - Near Mint condition. The inner sleeve has very slight discoloration around the outside (from the cardboard on the inside of the cover) - Excellent condition. I will be listing a few more rare records soon.
