The Sisters of Mercy - Halloween's Day (Halloween) 2LP-
This is an auction for the most sought after LP ever by The Sisters of Mercy - "Halloween's Day", even called just "Halloween". Live Lyceum on 31st October 1984 + some extra tracks.
This 2LP is limited to 500 copies and was released sometime in 1985-1986. It's said that the makers got caught and all copies was confiscated and burned up. Only 50 copies(!) survived this tragic ending, and that's whats left of it. This is number 177 !!! Copy Number 292 was sold here on ebay on Feb. 12th, for over 300 USD, so I have decided to auction my copy, too.
On the back cover it says the first 50 copies was in multicoulored vinyls, but none of this ever reached the market.
This copy was played only one time very carefuly, and I would say that the records are in mint condition while the cover looks a little bit teared and weared - every copy I've seen has about the same marks on the cover though. As usual when a single folder is packed with 2 vinyls - there will be marks.This may be the only chance for you to buy this rarity.
By now the Sisters are touring and having a great COMEBACK !

ABOUT ME - I have been a serious collecter for many years.Lots of Classical rarities, Violin, Cello, Piano, Rock, Pop and Jazz. Any questions, please ask before end of auction. I visually grade the record in good light. I ear grade the record by checking several areas, especially areas that have marks. Some older records will require cleaning. This is a private auction from a privat collector, so please BID WITH CONFIDENCE!

PACKING - All items are very well packed. (Check feedback for positive comments.) I am a record collector and use record mailers, and / or strong cardboard. Records always removed from jacket to avoid cover splits.
