Gorgeous copy of the rare original 1980 white label promo pressing of the Christmas in the Stars LP on RSO RS-1-3093. Different from, but just as great as, the Star Wars Christmas TV special, this brilliant album features music by Meco (who did the Disco version of the Star Wars music a couple of years earlier), with the voice of C-3PO (Anthony Daniels) and R2-D2, plus a bunch of freaky alien singers, including a young and not-yet famous Bon Jovi.
This rare copy is just beautiful. There is a gold promo stamp on the back cover and white “Not For Sale” labels. The disc is very nearly perfectly mint and plays flawlessly and just stunningly, and the cover only barely any wear, with only a couple of very very lightly worn corners and tiny signs of gentle use. Really a top, beautiful original promo copy. So rare and impossible to find in better shape.
