Grading:
All open (not factory sealed) albums are visually graded.
I want a purchased album to be as close to the buyer's expectations as possible. We use a more strict system of grading than Goldmine standards (see internet search engine). Most items that we will choose to list will have a VG+ grade or better. Our VG+ means that an album will play like new with no or nominal background noise. VG+ means that there may be very slight imperfections in appearance, such as hairline scratches. Our descriptions will always note pronounced defects. We will not use a NM grade unless we can verify that an album has been played only a few times and is indeed near mint. We have bought many albums off of the internet and our VG+ grade is often another's NM grade.

Returns:
A refund of the auction price shall be given after we are notified and then receive your purchase. If it is determined that we have made a gross error, then you may expect the cost of shipping to be refunded.
