Description

This one has it all - the ultimate collector’s copy of The Rolling Stones - Self Titled debut album

1964 UK unboxed Decca Mono LP LK.4605

WITH:

Mona listed as side one track four on label (in error)

Mona listed as side one track four years on cover (in error)

Hurran / Calvert and Cromwell Music credits to Honest I Do, side one track 3 (both in error)

Now I’ve Got A Witness credited to Uncle Gene and Uncle Phil on cover but Uncle Phil and Uncle Gene on label (in error)

Rare MacNeill printed cover

Original inner.

Genuine original UK Mono issue. Very good condition - only light to moderate surface marks. Cover has some creasing to laminate and expected browning to back, with wear to corners and opening. Slight loss to bottom flip back - see photo.

Some light scratches visible under light but nothing feelable under my fingertip. Some occasional light crackle but nothing serious and no pops, clicks or jumps. See the photos which form part of the description and give an honest view of the whole. Plays mostly bright and clear.

A rare and interesting copy of a classic lp. You won’t find many like this on eBay or anywhere else. Most advertised as Mona only have this either on the label OR the cover and not both.

See my other items for another early copy as well as a really nice Let It Bleed coming in a few days.

Lots of lovely first edition books and Omega vintage watches in my other items - good luck!
