Description

A superb stereo soundboard recording of the Rolling Stones live at the Capital Theatre in Passaic, New Jersey, USA on the 14th June 1978. This pressing is on Tongue Records, matrix numbers T-1000-A, T-1000-B.  See photos for track listing.
If you are looking for one good representative single LP from the fantastic 1978 tour, then 'Out On Bail' is a good place to start.
'Out On Bail' was a reference to the fact that Keith Richards, having been charged in February 1977 (in Toronto) with "possession of heroin for the purpose of trafficking", was due to be tried in October 1978.  There was consequently a very real possibility at the time that this might be the last ever Rolling Stones concert tour!
In the end however, Keith was given a suspended sentence and put on probation for one year, with orders to continue treatment for heroin addiction and to perform a benefit concert on behalf of the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, after a blind fan testified on his behalf.
Both disc and jacket are in excellent condition.
