I tried to take as many pictures as possible with and without flash because I know this isn't a common piece. Here are the facts:

The matrix stamps are A: XARL-6271-1A and B: XARL-6272-3A

Side 1 appears to have 'LM' very faintly. It could be 'K7' - the characters are not even...and almost look etched, not stamped. This side also has '2D' or '2B' stamped on the other side of the label from the cat/pressing #

Side 2 clearly has 'GU' stamped across the label from the cat/pressing # and a very faint 'TM' though the characters are not complete.

The labels are deep groove and in great shape!

Not pictured is what possibly might be the original inner sleeve with the smooth shrink-wrapp inside-lining and LP care and handling instructions "Made in the U.K." + patent # printed on the outside.

The outer sleeve still has the lamination on the front. The glue still holds and there are no splits. There's no ring-wear aside from a hint on the back in the upper regions. There's an old, very thin strip of discolored tape across the top seam as if a previous owner was trying some preemptive care against splitting. It doesn't stretch the entire length of the top, so the glue is what holds the top in place. The lamination has popped free at a few of the minor bends (see pic) though this cover is in very good shape for its age. I do grade it at VG-

I have only sight-graded this record. The vinyl is a solid VG to VG+ with a handful of hair-thin lines visible on each side but no gashes. The hair-thin lines are generally less than 1/2" and in no way cover the vinyl evenly. It retains a good shine and when first looked at in normal light, gets the blood pumping like a top EX++ or M- might, but as stated, it gets the aforementioned grades once examined in good light. Side 2 is in sightly better shape than Side 1 (VG) and grades at VG+
