Very poor condition.
Vinyl scratched.
Cover poor condition. Sleeve's glue unstuck.

Has a 'Sample Record (Not for Sale)' sticker.

Didn't have the heart to throw it away. So might be of interest to someone.

I've been surprised at the interest.
Thought I better add much more detail. As said before, very poor condition. The cover's colour is tarnished. There is a pen scribble on the back cover (this is seen in the picture).
Confirming badly scratched.
As seen in pictures: the hole in the middle of the vinyl is a bit damaged.
