Description
I purchased this in the secondary market advertised as near mint and following my own evaluation I agree with this. Following a light cleaning I saw only a couple of light marks and a test play through the Grados confirmed sound which was on par with the visual inspection (no pops, ticks or clicks) and based on this numerically I score the vinyl a 94. Vinyl remains in a Mofi sleeve. This album was a Jem Import (their sticker is on the back shrink) and I am not 100% certain that the shrink on this album is the actual factory shrink; what I think happened is that Jem put their own shrink (I've have and have seen records with this sticker and new shrink). There is light wear in the corners with some discoloration on the bottom left corner (about 1.5" X 1") and another discoloration on the top left corner (runs about 1"). Finally there is a little wrinkle towards the bottom right of the jacket opening. This all having been said I am scoring the cover an 87 which I feel is well within the excellent category. The album will be shipped between cardboard within a Whiplash mailer. If you have any other questions please let me know and thank you for looking!
