The cover is in good condition with some discolouration on reverse. Owners signature is on reverse and there is a small punch hole in top right corner (no idea why!). All the seams are intact. There is some edgewear and the corners show some wear. Owners signature and record details on inside sleeve. Seams and spine are excellent and cover is laminated. Please see photographs.

The vinyl is in excellent condition. The Esquire labels are in superb condition with very little signs of play to the spindle holes. There are only a couple of very light surface marks which do not effect play. There is no warp or buckle, this is a very clean record.
