Description

The Real People (often called "The Realies") are a prominent English rock band from Liverpool, formed in 1986. They are widely regarded as pioneers of the Britpop movement and played a crucial role in the early development of the band Oasis.
The Griffiths brothers (Tony and Chris) helped Oasis record their seminal "Live Demonstration" tape, which led to their first record deal.Tony Griffiths provided backing vocals on the hit "Supersonic," and Chris Griffiths co-wrote the Oasis B-side "Rockin' Chair" with Noel Gallagher.
"The Real People" is the self-titled major label debut album released on 6 May 1991 on the Columbia record label, Catalogue No. 4680841.
Issued with a printed inner sleeve with song lyrics.
As you can see from the pictures the cover has some shelf wear and aging which you would expect for a record of this age.
The Cover is in Very Good Plus (VG+) condition. The record is in Very Good Plus (VG+) condition and has been ultrasonically cleaned, play tested (lovely sounding), and will be sent in strong vinyl record packaging to ensure safe delivery.

I USE THE FOLLOWING FOR GRADING MY VINYL:
Mint (M)

Absolutely perfect in every way. Certainly never been played, possibly even still sealed.

Near Mint (NM or M-)

A nearly perfect record. A Near Mint or Mint Minus (M-) record has more than likely never been played, and the vinyl will play perfectly, with no imperfections doing playback. The record should show no obvious signs of wear. A Single or EP sleeve should have no more than the most minor defects, such as any sign of slight handling. An LP cover should have no creases, folds, seam splits, cut-out holes, or other noticeable similar defects. The same should be true of any other inserts, such as posters, lyrics sleeves, etc.

Very Good Plus (VG+)

VG+ records may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Slight warps and light ring wear or discoloration.

VG+ covers might have some seam wear or a small split. May have some defacing, slight wear and slight corner wear.

Very Good (VG)

A VG record can have surface noise, and some scratches may be audible, especially in soft passages and during a song’s intro and ending. But the noise will not overpower the music otherwise.

VG covers may have ring wear, writing, tape and sticker placement. Creases might be more visible. Seam splitting will be more obvious. Labels may have wring on them or slight damage.

Good Plus (G+)

The record still plays through without skipping, but it has significant surface noise and groove wear, and the sleeve is worn, with significant ring wear, heavy writing, or obvious tape or small rip damage.

Good (G)

A record that has been heavily played and may skip a little. There may be noticeable noise or distortion on the recording. Cover can have ring wear, seam splits, extensive tape and writing.

Fair (F) - Badly warped, lots of noise and multiple skips or repeats. Sleeve  may be badly ripped and not together.
