First Edition numbered of 200. Inside sleeve states 98/200, outside sticker states 94/200, no registration card with this copy.

Record condition is Near Mint to Mint, no scratches
Sleeve condition is Excellent. Minor lower right corner bend, small stain above '...ON!" in 'SATISFACTION!' on cover.
