The Queen Is Dead / The Smiths Excellent Original First Pressing VINYL. Condition is Used. Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class.

This is a first pressing of The Smiths iconic LP “The Queen Is Dead” bought around the time of release.

This record has had few plays and is in near-flawless condition. It plays perfectly on all tracks with the absolute minimum of any slight noise between tracks.

It is fair to say that this copy would be a fine final upgrade.

There is no writing anywhere, no creases, dents or any major wear or tear. Labels are clean but there is a crease on the Side A labels which was there on purchase and is not spindle trails.

I can see a few marks on the vinyl surface particularly a line on Track 1 and 2 but this is completely inaudible. I played this today at ear-splitting volume and it in no way impacts on the music.

The music is dynamic, rich and powerful and is a rare collector’s item for Smiths fans.
