Perhaps the defining psych album of its generation, The 13th Floor Elevators' 'The Psychedelic Sound...' spans all your trippy garage rock hallmarks; it included timeless riffing guitars, tenor harmonies, and even an electric jug, which was blown on by much-honoured band member Tommy Hall. Now sees a reissue on bi-coloured 180g vinyl, featuring newly remastered mono mixes as well as a stereo mix of the running order originally intended by the band. This is the first remaster-reissue of the album in over four decades; before that, the stereo version was only available as part of the band's limited Music Of The Spheres boxset.
