Description
An original 1st pressing of Parachute on the UK Harvest label. Matrix 2/2. Please note the labels do not hold the EMI logo - this indicative of 1st issue. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold with the original Harvest inner sleeve.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) Absolutely superb condition and has only seen the very lightest use. Under close inspection we struggled to make out a single mark. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. It really is a treat to listen to this LP on an early clean copy - the sound quality is really breathtaking. Perfect tonal balance and a great wide sound stage. Interference is very minimal - all we detected was a touch of very low-level static in one or two isolated moments. This really is a blindingly well preserved copy and one that I think it would be nigh on impossible to better.
Cover (Ex+) Again, the owner of this LP must have been one fastidious individual. This cover is shiny like a mirror - absolutely amazing. Front and back are perfectly flat with the only crease being down in the right hand corner. the spine is perfectly intact and edge wear is minimal. The interior is in perfect condition too. Overall the cover retains perfect rigidity and has that feel of a newish cover. A real corker!
