The Pretty Things - Get The Picture. (LP. UK pressing. Fontana TL5280. 687 359TL Mono. 1965)
This is The Pretty Things second album (and in my opinion their best). Dick Taylor and Phil May is, as always, the lead figures in the group. Viv Prince had been sacked after their Australian tour earlier that year and session player Bobby Graham played the drums. Jimmy Page guested on guitar. He´s also co-credited as composer to You Don´t Belivie Me.
This is a beatiful copy of a classic album. I´ve bought it personally, new, in the early 70´s and it´s been in my collection ever since.
Both record and sleeve in condition M - (the record has some "angel marks" and the sleeve is a little grey (of age) on the backside). Otherwise the package is perfect and in glorius mono. (The recommended price in Record Collectors Price Guide 2008 is 130 pound.)
