This is the 10" reissue from 1992, a beautifull 10" record, released on the Dog Meat label from Australia. This is the numbered edition with the real John Stax Autograph on the back. This one is number 318 from 1000 copies.

The vinyl looks great and still shiny. The cover/sleeve is also in Excellent condition.
