This is from my Aunts personal collection who recently passed, she took very good care of her records as she was a musician.

Cover Good -Minor Corner Dings
Sleeve - the sleeve looks great, slight edge separation 
Vinyl Looks Excellent - looks to be in excellent condition, very minor surface smudges/scratching
