ITEM
The Pink Floyd - Arnold Layne/Candy And A Currant Bun(COLUMBIA Red `A` Label DEMONSTRATION 45 DB8156) with the even RARER *PICTURE SLEEVE* most of these are long gone now and YES it is GENUINE as it has the PINK tinge to the lettering and on the inside of the sleeve. Original 1st ISSUE with `The Gramophone Co. Ltd` rim text and the expected MOTHERS & STAMPERS being 1 G Both Sides at 3 O`clock & 9 O`Clock, Also has the KT tax code stamped at 12 O`Clock and it is also embossed into the vinyl on the centre hole, Which is still fully intact. This is the very rare debut 45 by The Pink Floyd issued in the UK on the 10th March 1967. If you think the GOLD STEREO PLEASE PLEASE ME is rare, How many of these have come up for sale compared to them. THIS IS THE RAREST UK PINK FLOYD ITEM BAR NONE!!!! The description might get a bit detailed and is very strict, so bear with me as i just want to get an accurate grading for such a RARE item.
*PLEASE NOTE, The DEMO versions have no label credit for the Producer Joe Boyd.
SLEEVE CONDITION
The original `The Next Projected Sound Of `67` Sleeve still looks very nice with a little wear to the edges and the opening edge, It has a small tear on the bottom(See Pic) and a few creases mainly to the rear bottom(See Pic) It does have `gg` written on 3 of the letters, again on the rear of the sleeve(See Pic) EXTREMELY RARE*DEMO* SLEEVE, so must grade as a conservative VERY GOOD to VERY GOOD+
RECORD CONDITION
The vinyl surface still has a nice sheen to it and has been carefully used over the years but displays no major marks or scratches or scuffs which could cause interference with the audio quality, It plays great with a full powerful sound and has NO CLICKS and NO POPS, does show light use, there are some very small hairlines mainly from sleeve removal from the last 40 years, these have no effect to the listening experience which plays great with an extremely low level of surface noise on the run in and on the quite parts of the songs, I`me pretty sure that if it had a deep groove clean it this would pretty much disappear, but that would be down to the new owner as they always leave tell tale signs of being cleaned in my opinion. So overall a nice copy of this MONSTER RARE *DEMO*, grades as an EXTREMELY STRICT, VERY GOOD+(side 1) & VERY GOOD++ to EXCELLENT(Side 2)but it plays way better, EXCELLENT at the very least for both sides.
CONDITION OF LABEL`S
Both of the labels look nice and Side 1 has a sticker, Presumably from a radio station as it has the release same date on it that is printed just below the centre hole, Also has the initials g g (See Pic) Side 2 is free from any damage or Writing, Stickers etc and must grade as a conservative EXCELLENT+ ,
Overall a great copy of this MONSTER RARE**DEMO PIC SLEEVE**

MINT: Virtually unplayed. The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Cover is pristine.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
V.G PLUS: The record will still be nice and shiny, but may have a few light marks, and will play well. Slight wear and tear on the cover.
V.G: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, etc.
FAIR: Fair. It is noticeable that the record has been played so much that the sound quality has deteriorated very noticeably. The cover and contents are showing signs of folding, scuffing of edges etc.
