Description
In 1969, Julie Covington was building up her music credits, doing cabaret with Pete Atkin and with him, cutting "The Party's Moving On", a private recording of Pete Atkin and Clive James' songs. The 1969 pressing was a limited edition of just 99 numbered copies and this copy is number 53.
This privately produced LP record of 24 songs written by Pete Atkin and Clive James', with vocals by Atkin and Julie Covington. was assembled from demo tapes at the City of London Recording Studios, 1968-9. Designed as a souvenir, not a commercial project, this record contains 24 songs, performed alternatively by Covington and Atkin.
The album was pressed by MJB Recording and Transcription Service in 1968
