Possible one off 1960s demo by The Outcasts. The is a UK group, so none of the endless US garage bands called the Outcasts. One side is a cover of Little Richard's Lucille. The other side isn't a song I know, but may be a cover, or may be an original. Judging by the sound I'd guess '62 or '63. Please note this record is G- minus, loads of surface marks and a ton of surface noise.
