This is an autographed album that is quite unique with personal notes from all four original band members. The cover and insert are both signed.  First, some background, I inherited this album from my daughters estate, it is personally signed to her and her husband. She grew up with the band members and she and her husband sang backing vocals on the track "Blackball" - they are both listed in the credits on the inner sleeve (Cynthia and Marvin, please see the photos). This is also the same Marvin Fergusen that is credited as a writer of the song "Nothing From Something" on the Offspring album Ignition. This record was signed and given to them the day that the band received their advance copies. The signatures are all of a  personal nature including inside jokes, and the band members have all used their real names. Cover is signed to Marvin and Insert is signed to Cynthia. To make it easier to see, I will copy the text of the signatures here and in case you are not aware, Bryan is "Dexters" real birth name...

Now about the record itself....  This is the original 1st pressing of the self-titled first Offspring LP on Nemesis (Nemesis 006) with the very rare, double sided lyric sheet insert included. The record and sleeve are EX or VG+.  It has been carefully stored for the last 26 years and appears to be played very few times if ever.  
From the web....."The first pressing consisted of 5,000 copies on black vinyl, and features the original "Guitar Alien" front cover artwork by Marc Rude. The first pressing can be distinguished by only having one record company logo (Nemesis) on the sleeve. Also, a double-sided lyric sheet is included with the album. 

Only a handful of these included lyric sheets but these were only given to band members and close friends of the band."
