For this 1994 original release on one vinyl, there are only two matrix variants:

variant 2): side A) 78612-73000-1-SA-SP1 SP1-1 HFM '94
side B) 78612-73000-1-SB-SP1 SP1-1
Any other matrix info which differs from those 2 is a countefake!!!
Condition:
Pictures are from the actual item, which has been played in full for test.
Sleeve - VG/VG+ as you see in the pictures, there is dirt at several point, both on front and back cover. There is wear at the opening edge. It comes with the parental sticker. .
Vinyl - VG+, it has many marks but no deep ones, no skipping and actually sounds great, with background noise between songs or quietest passages. This is a hot mix press, really loud and sounds great.
