Please read carefully for important details regarding this vinyl copy of 'Freak Out!' by The Mothers of Invention.
I bought this (and a couple of other things I'm listing) at a record fair in Chester in the mid 1980s. It is what I would euphemistically call a rogue re-pressing, if you know what I mean, and if you've got this far than I expect you do. The gatefold sleeve is in good condition, some ringwear to front and back but is clearly a reproduction. The labels are similar. The vinyl has almost certainly been pressed from another vinyl copy and whilst it has been played less than half a dozen times the sound quality is not good. I heard a rumour these may have been pressed in Scandinavia but who knows. I am therefore selling this as an interesting artefact, priced accordingly.
Matrix numbers are: VV6 5010A, VV6 5010B, VV6 5010C and VV6 5010D - if you've checked out my other listings you'll see there's a pattern emerging here...
