This appears to be a US pressing from 1972, which matches my purchase in 1973. I am the original owner, but don't have the original inserts and sleeves. The inner sleeves are aftermarket paper with poly. This issue has the V6/5005-2 & the Third Story Music credit in 3 lines on the labels, which are silver text on pale blue with address at foot. This set does not include The "Freak Out - Hot Spots" map/poster, which I believe was only included in the first and second pressing in 1966.
"Tableous" appears as part of the song title on the label for the track on Side D, where "Tableaux" should appear as part of the song title as it does for the track on the inside of the gatefold. Side 4 vinyl etching does not match Discogs.
