Description

This is the ultra rare 1969 Progressive/Psych Imperial LP-12444 "THE MOON" By THE MOON. Very talented group lead by Singer/Songwriter Matthew Moore and including David Marks, Larry Brown, and Dave Jackson. Moore also toured with Joe Cocker's "Mad Dogs & Englishmen" and was a prolific songwriter, releasing two LP's. David Marks was one of the original Beach Boys. A neighbor to the Wilson's he played guitar on their first four albums. Check him out on the 'Surfin' Safari' & 'Surfer Girl' lp Covers. Larry Brown is an Emmy winning Audio Engineer/Mixer/Producer. His work on this Album is obviously years before those accolades but the genius is already coming through here. Dave Jackson plays bass and adds his talents to the Album, he also co-wrote 'Joy To The World' with Hoyt Axton. A group of gifted musicians who really struck out on their own with this LP. SEALED
