Description
This is an original UK 1st pressing of the Mellotones’ classic 1968 reggae hit ‘Uncle Charlie’ - released on Trojan Records and produced by the legendary Lee Perry.
Record has been cleaned and play-tested by me and it sounds absolutely fantastic!
Side A is ‘Uncle Charlie’: VG
Side B is ‘What A Botheration’: VG
There are several wispy lines on either side and a few more visible hairlines on Side B but these do not affect playback. There is background crackle on both sides (loudest on the run-ins) but this is to be expected with a record of this age. There are NO clicks, pops or skips.
Labels are nice and clean with no writing or serious marks, just general signs of age.
Comes in a plain white sleeve as shown in photo.
