Title: Ska War, b/w Perhaps
Format: 7"
Label/Matrix: Blue Beat, BB306
Year: 1965
Condition: VG++
Audio Sample:Listen to Ska War.mp3 at FileFactory
Description: Extremely good copy of an absolute dance floor killer and incredibly rare, 50 year old 7". Don Drummond, Lester Sterling, Roland Alphonso and the rest give Nat King Cole's classic 'Quizas, Quizas, Quizas' the ska treatment as only they know how. The B-side plays beautifully with very few minor pops that do not affect play. I have played this record on big outdoor sound systems to great effect!! A-side actually plays "Treat Me Bad" by The Maytals. As far as I know this misprint featured on all of these releases. A-side plays very well too for age, listen to the audio sample above to judge for yourself. Slightly more background crackle but plays thru with no skips or jumps whatsoever. Label is Nr Mint with centre punch still intact. All in all, a superb record. 50 years old!! Sorry to see this one go.
All records are described in detail and graded according to the table below. It is always a good idea to check conditions and grades of records before you actually purchase them.
