Classic Aussie Garage/Psych from Adelaide’s Master’s Apprentices released in 1968. The EP contains four outstanding tracks confirming that they indeed were one of the best outfits of the period. Guitarist Mick Bower wrote three incredible songs on this release – the psych whimsical “Living In A Child’s Dream”; the brooding “Tired Of Just Wandering”; and the classic, protest gararge masterpiece “War Or Hands Of Time”. The fourth track is Brian Cadd’s “Elevator Operator” which was a massive hit here and a psychedelic treat!

 

The Ep is signed on the reverse “Best Wishes, Jim Keays” (lead singer). The origin of this signature is unknown.

 

Cover = VG (Thin cardboard. Unlaminated cover with ringwear – from storage - and creasing. Wear on cover edges and corners. Some bending in corners. Slight discolouration)

 

Record = VG+ (VG) (Numerous hairlines, scuffing and marks. Slight crackling in places, nothing untoward when playing. Looks VG but play graded VG+)

 

Overall, this EP release is in acceptable condition.
