ARTIST: The Marzette Watts Ensemble
LABEL: Savoy 12193 (1969)
TITLE: Marzette
CONDITION:
Sleeve: The front and back covers are VG+ w/ ring wear with a bit more on the back cover. The bottom seam has a 3 3/4" seam split at the bottom right corner and a 1 1/4" split in the middle. The top seam has some wear and a tiny spot of paper loss. The spine has a partial 1 1/4" split at the top.
Record: Beautiful! Looks & plays Mint- / VPI cleaned / By the spindle hole it looks like this LP may have been played maybe once.
COMMENTS: Original copy of this super rare 1969 Avant Garde Free Jazz LP on Savoy. Has "Bestway" stamper in the dead wax. This LP was produced by Bill Dixon and features 3 Watts originals, one by Bill Dixon and 2 by Ornette Coleman
