The Mars Volta - Frances the Mute 4LP set
The entire album takes up 3LPs and also includes the Frances the Mute single with a live acoustic version of The Widow on the B-Side.
This was limited to 500 copies and mine has been taken very well care of.
I have never listened to it all the way through and the first LP has only been played twice.
The other 3 LPs have never been played at all.
All my LPs are bagged and in an IKEA Expedit storage system in a non-smoking home.
Since this has been opened I can ship this to you in the best way to prevent any kind of damage that could and likely will occur in a sealed copy.
I'll be shipping all the LPs in plain white sleeves packaged together in a mailer and the gatefold will be shipped with the original sleeves which have graphics in the resealable poly bag that the set came in.
These will go into the Red vinyl bag that the whole set goes into in a separate mailer and that mailer along with the mailer with the LPs will go into a larger box with padding.
This copy is in amazing condition and it will likely arrive at your doorstep in better condition than a sealed copy.
A sealed copy would ship with the LPs in the original graphics sleeves and shock and shifting incurred in shipping could cause split edges on the sleeves.
Being that this is a relatively hefty set the odds are only greater that damage can occur in shipping.
I was lucky enough to receive one without these splits.
My copy came direct from Gold Standard Labs so this is being shipped for the second time.
If you buy another copy (sealed or not) it could be the second or third time it's been sold and shipped.
One of the coolest things about this set that is never touched on in auctions is the amazing looking etched Side F.
Take a look at the pictures and tell me that isn't amazing!!
I'm putting up a bunch of other records (Including the Mars Volta's Candy and a Currant Bun Pink Floyd cover cd/vinly hybrid) that I just don't listen to (primarily so that I won't diminish the value) so I'll combine shipping on multiple auctions and I won't price gouge you on shipping.
I ship international but we'll have to discuss shipping costs before you send payment.
