• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

• I DO NOT MARK MERCHANDISE VALUES BELOW VALUE or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. If you bid and pay and then ask me to do so, I will immediately report you to Ebay, cancel the sale, and refund your payment MINUS the $.30 fee that paypal charges me to refund payments.

• Shipping charges may seem high but this is because insurance is included so that you will definitely receive your item. If lost in transit 100% of your purchase price will be refunded. I will not consider shipping without insurance. I am also now shipping with registered mail added when shipping to an international address. There has occasionally been a lost shipment and first class international will not track after leaving the US-- Priority mail international which will track is more expensive than First Class Internatioal with Registration; if Priority will save you money I will invoice you this way. I cannot ship internationally at any lower cost at this time

• Your bid is a contract that you intend to purchase & pay for this item if you should win. I have recently had several non-paying winning bidders-- this is very unfair to both me and other bidders! All non-paying auction winners will be blocked from bidding on all of my future auctions. Any communcation deemed offensive, harassing, and/or threatening will be reported to Ebay as such.

Please note: Most of the items I sell are either vintage or gently used. I try my very best to accurately describe all items and list all flaws. Although I list all flaws I can find, sometimes something small gets overlooked. If a statement such as "age wear" or "manufacturing defects" is used in the description, it means that the item is not flawless and your bid constitutes knowledge of that fact. All colors are described to the best of my abitlity; sometimes different people see color in different ways & this is by no means in any way any attempt on my part to deceive anyone-- therefore, nuances that can be seen in photos or that are described are not a reason for a return on a "not as described" claim, although I would be willing to take a return (buyer pays return shipping, original shipping is not refunded). By bidding you agree to the following terms: returns will only be made if the item returned is the actual item I sent to you; that the item will be unused by you or anyone else; all identifying tags will still be attached and not removed (photos kept for placement verification); a re-stocking fee will be charged unless I made a major misstatement (age wear and manufacturing defects that are present & were mentioned in listing, not liking color once received do not qualify as a reason for non-payment of re-stocking fee). I make the decision as to whether or not to refund an item and what fees will be charged on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances. I do not refund shipping charges, nor do I pay return shipping charges. I ship all items insured so if an item is damaged in transit, you agree to attempt to seek compensation from the insurer by filing a claim before attempting to have the item refunded by me. I'm sorry to have to implement these policies but have had an awfully large amount of miscommunication as of late & want all of my transactions to run smoothly. I have had experiences where buyers contact me with a claim for damaged items when the defect was clearly stated in the description and visible when using the zoom function on the photos. I try very hard to make your experience the best I can and want you to be happy, but I can't afford to refund shipping charges that were paid to the post office when defects were seen in the photos-- please make sure to use the zoom function to examine the item before bidding. I am usually willing to refund in most cases but can only refund cost of item, not shipping, and must charge a restocking fee to cover fees incurred by me in accepting the return. On this particular item, it was closely examined for flaws and I have stated everything I saw. However, if something was missed it would likely be very small & would not effect it's use so for that reason, no returns will be made on a "not as described" claim, although I would be willing to take a return but there will be a restocking fee charged--see return info for details

 When giving sellers 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4 in Shipping Times may seem like "Quickly"; but however with ebay, they consider this as a sub-par mark. Keep that in mind when leaving feedback.
