Description

Limited colored 180gm vinyl LP pressing. The rich, warm production on The Kinks' 1984 release Word of Mouth is perfectly suited to some of Ray Davies' finest songs like "Good Day" and "Summer's Gone," while "Too Hot" would have sounded right at home on Muswell Hilbillies. "Sold Me Out" even out-Stones' the Rolling Stones. For anyone skeptical about the British rock institution's post-'70s output, this album will serve as a revelation. Gatefold, colored 180g vinyl LP reissue from Friday Music, mastered by Joe Reagoso and manufactured at RTI. Includes 24" x 24" poster insert.
