Description

An iconic record that should be in any self respecting fan's collection. Quite simply a masterclass in Ray Davies' song writing. The Kinks never bettered it but it hardly sold and this album is now highly collectable. The mono version presents a punchier more well rounded sound picture. The sleeve has some wear inside (see photo) but otherwise given its flimsiness has worn well for a 50 + year old record.

In terms of play the first side is easily vg+ the second side veers a little to vg and

 has some light noise on Phenomenal Cat and Animal Farm. Overall still vg +
