Description

Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted. 

Grading is based on visual inspection.

I package records outside the cover to avoid seam splits.

New and vintage vinyl is hard to grade strictly using eBay’s system because the record and the cover are two different components. Therefore, I grade a record new and mint if it is opened but has never been played.  I use the eBay grading category to describe the cover condition.

  • This First Pressing is a Reprise Records Promotional copy of the original 1973 release.
  • Includes the original Mono and Stereo recordings.
  • This copy has never been played.
  • The corner cut upper right indicates this was a Promo.
  • Includes a two-sided insert with an essay by John Mendesohn.
  • The cover has tight seams and has two small corner bumps on the bottom of the cover.
  • Includes the original Warner/Reprise Loss Leaders paper inner sleeve. 
  • This is a one-owner that the Seller got new from the Warner/Reprise sales rep in his record store in 1973. It has been in storage for 51 years.
