Hello there, come on in and welcome to the auction!

As you can see from my 100% feedback, I sell with complete honesty and reliability.  Above all things I am a record collector and music lover.  I only sell records that I would want to receive. I know well the disappointment of receiving an over-graded record that turns up two weeks late.  That is not the service you will receive here, so bid with total confidence. I don’t sell a lot of records because I spend a lot of time carefully finding, grading and listing them and do not like to rush this process, as many sellers must do to be able to sell 100 records a week!

I am mostly a collector of old time music, pre-war blues and folk, so buy job-lots that often contain rare records that aren’t to my taste so to ebay they go!

Here we have a really nice example of a rare double Kinks collection from 1970 on their original Pye label.

This is the very 1st press with the lowest matrix variation possible and the very first mothers and stampers!

Sleeve Condition.

The original 1st press gatefold Garrod and Lofthouse outer sleeve is in stunning condition! Other than some minor shelf wear to the corners, the rest is near perfect! The spine is straight, not crushed and all text fully readable!  Other than some very minor ringwear on the inside of the gatefold it’s a cracking little sleeve that won’t disappoint!

Label Condition.

The original blue and black Pye labels are in fantastic condition.  There are no rips, rubbing, writing or stains to mention.  There is no centre hole damage at all.  .  Under a strong light, not even one spindle can be seen!  It’s clear to see that this record has not been played at all!

Inner Condition.

The original “patent” inner sleeves are in lovely condition with no stains, rips or splits at all.  Only some mild folding to mention! Splendid!

Vinyl Visual Condition.

The record itself looks superb!  It still retains its factory shine and lustre with no major scratches or warping at all.  Under a strong light, just the faintest of removals whisps can be seen! Just perfect!

Vinyl Audio Condition.

The record sounds superb!  There are no jumps, skips or nasty distortion at all! The band has never sounded better!  It’s a really great sound, just a perfect crystal playback! Final Upgrade!

So there we have it.  A Mint copy of an increasingly rare record!

A superb classic!
