Original Mono Pressing on Reprise
(R 6158)  Matrix 10419 stamped in trail off. 

Vinyl still in sealed original inner bag.
Cover is VG+ with minor corner and edge wear, some faded writing on edges of back cover.

I found this record in a nice 60's collection I bought from the original owner.  Record is in original plastic inner bag and sealed. This is how many early to mid 60's Reprise and Columbia label records came, open outer sleeve with a sealed inner bag containing the record.   Record sits nice and flat but I can see that there is some dust that has gotten into the bag over the years.  Unplayed and still sealed but I have to sell it "as-is" condition because it  is over 40 years old and as stated above I can see that small amounts of dust have gotten into the bag but look to be easily cleaned.
