COVER
This is the original Garrod & Lofthouse tri-flapped laminated front cover ! Unlike most of these examples , this one has survived very well . The front panel is very clean and bright with no laminate lifting , bubbles etc and just a couple of tiny creases to fault ! The spine is also in top condition , fully readable text and nothing more than a couple of very small creases , the rear panel ( which is normally always covered in writing and grubby stains etc ) is in very clean shape , bright white with no stain spots or nasty grubby handling marks , there is a small mark in the top right hand corner , which looks like a sticker has been removed and lifted some of the paper , but it's only minor and does not spoil the overall appearance .It's not often you see a clean example of this cover , as most are always dirty, feathered edges or seam splits etc but this really is a fine example and would grace any collection, overall EXCELLENT MINUS CONDITION !
VINYL
Both sides have a nice glossy shine and nothing more than a couple of faint surface lines and a light rub scuff mark across side 1 , these are harmless marks and are not feelable scratches , certainly nothing to affect the audio quality , both sides play through very clear and crisp sound on all tracks with no pops, skips or clicks and just a faint , low level static crackle inbetween some tracks. This is a great sounding lp which is very hard to find these days ! Both sides Visualy strong VERY GOOD PLUS CONDITION and audibly both EXCELLENT MINUS CONDITION
LABELS Both labels are in clean shape and not spoilt with writing , stickers or stains but there are a couple of miss-aimed spindle marks to each side which are very hard to avoid on these labels , overall a clean set - EXCELLENT MINUS CONDITION ! INNER Original poly-lined inner sleeve , clean and bright with no writing, marks or tears present ! just a little toning and creased PLEASE READ INFORMATION BELOW FOR GRADING,PACKING AND POSTAGE DETAILS.
GRADING:
ITEMS ARE GRADED USING THE UK RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM.ALL ITEMS ARE PLAY GRADED AT VOLUME AND ARE VISUALY INSPECTED BOTH IN DAYLIGHT AND UNDER STRONG LIGHTING WITH DETAILED DESCRIPTION.
PACKING:
DISCS ARE ALWAYS REMOVED FROM THEIR COVERS AND HOUSED IN PROTECTIVE PLASTIC SLEEVES.THEY ARE THEN PLACED BETWEEN RIGID CARD STIFFERNERS AND THEN CAREFULLY PACKED IN STRONG PROFESSIONAL CUSTOM MADE BOXES. THUS GIVING MAXIMUM PROTECTION, SO YOU RECIEVE THE ITEM IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT LEFT US.
