Description

The KINKS Kinks Pye Popular NPL.18096 Made in England 1964 Original LP Plays Well - Monaural - flip back laminate cover made by Garrod & Lofthouse.  First pressing.


Good plus plus vinyl with a number of very light surface scuffs/hairlines, light marks and scuffs, all surface on Side 1 and only one scuff that can be felt on Side 2.  Side 1 plays really well and I have yet to test Side 2.  The cover is in vgc, few creases on laminate and nibbled opening edge, light scuffing on corner(+)/bottom edge.  Spine scuffed/damaged approx 3 inches centrally.  Laminate still good though.

UPDATE ON PLAYING QUALITY ON SIDE 2: There are a few pops on first and second tracks (commensurate with scuffing/marking) and odd bit of crackle between tracks.  Plays pretty well still and and better as the album progresses.  Nice album and generally very nice/good sound - enjoyed listening to the LP.
