PRESSED IN: UK .
ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING? Yes, it is...comes in orginal mono NPL-18096 cover...matrix numbers are:
SIDE ONE:
HANDWRITTEN: NSPL-18096 A 3 STAMPED: PTD12 1021 A-3 with the letter 'O' at "3 o'clock" in the run-off grooves. There are no other markings.
SIDE TWO:
HANDWRITTEN: NSPL-18096 B~4 S STAMPED: PTD12-1021B-4 S (there's a diamond shape between the '4' and the 'S')...with the letter 'F' at "2 o'clock" in the run-off grooves. There are no other markings.
CONDITION:
COVER: (VG+[+]) ...front has scuffing in corners, and a deeper scuff on Dave Davies left leg, right near the bottom. There are also a couple of minor laminate crinkles near the edges. Back cover is very nice...only blemish is a scuffing below the 'ks' of Kinks, where a name has been removed. This has been done very well!
VINYL: (VG+[+]) ...many would grade this higher! Vinyl is very shiny and has some light marks ONLY, nothing heavy at all. There's a couple of clicks and pops on the first track (a couple!), but the rest is wonderful....and it's very quiet in the silent part between tracks - it's a very very nice copy - not mint but definitely a 'keeper'.
LABELS: (both are M-) ...beautifully clean with only a few almost-invisible spindle marks...
