I am not a collector and I have no experience in grading records so please read carefully and ask ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE BUYING.
Also, I have never packed a record before. I see varying recommendations online (in sleeve, out sleeve). If you have any special requirements, again, ask before buying. I am intending on shipping this as pictured, well packed.
This is new, never used. It has been in the plastic sleeve since purchase. Never opened. There are some marks and scuffs on the plastic but nothing super heavy. I can't tell if this has been replicated on the cover itself without removing the plastic. This is all shelf wear. As I look at it through the plastic, all corners are square and uncrushed.
