A decent player copy. The condition of the sleave and vinyl could be rated as excellent. Upon research this particular reissue is not held in high regard by jazz appreciators. At this time ABC owned Impulse! and many aficionados consider this era to be lacking in audio quality compared to other eras. The asking price reflects those criticisms. Nevertheless, for a low price you can have a very nice copy that you won't mind wearing down the grooves. With proper EQ this record still sounds better than most digital rips found on the internet. And you get the excellent Gatefold jacket as displayable art. It won't break the bank and you won't be upset if your hardcore jazzhead friend spills his dry martini all over it when you play this sucker at your next party.
