Description
Being a keen Hendrix fan - and hi-fi owner - I pre-ordered this, in 2019. Made in USA, survived shipping due to their excellent packing - which I still have, and will send it in. Cost about £150 with postage. A limited run of only 5,000 (of this stereo version) were made. Expertly remastered, this is certainly the best-sounding version I've ever heard. On uncoloured vinyl. Package includes lovely shiny gatefold sleeve, with the number in the edition on the back - see my fifth photo. You also get a booklet, and another info booklet about the UHQR process.
This has been kept with care. Record has only been played once or twice, on top equipment - no damage.
Because of the size of the original packaging, this will be a "medium parcel" for UK postage - costs £6.95
Clearout start-price!
Postage cost is for second-class in UK. Can't do combined postage in this case.
Dispatch will usually be "next day", if you pay promptly. Collection in person is usually welcome. I'm happy to send this overseas. See below for details, if bidding from outside UK - YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS STUFF.
I don't mail things personally, to countries outside the UK - ( I mean it, don't ask) - but I am happy to use E-Bay UK's Global Shipping Program, for sending things abroad. Under this scheme, I send the parcel to an e-bay depot in UK, and they forward it to the overseas buyer. They have a tracked courier service, for the journey from their UK depot, to the buyer. This means that I can ONLY accept payments through e-bay (Pay Now button), and I can't send invoices.
Please be sure that you understand what the postal charges are before bidding. E-Bay UK tells me, they do NOT do combined postage in the Global Shipping Programme. Charges to the customer for delivery are whatever you're told they are - if you don't want to pay the postal / courier charges individually for the items, then do not bid.
Overseas customers - please DON'T request an invoice - I can't make one, and it screws-up the e-bay system.
International buyers should be able to see a postage cost to their country, you may have to input your location, if your country is included in the scheme. Maybe some countries aren't included, there's a list on the Postage tab in the listings. E-Bay collects customs duty for the receiving country, wherever import duty is appropriate. Since "Brexit", customs charges are likely between UK and EU countries. Customs charges are (presumably) a percentage of the sale price, so can't be estimated in advance of the auction ending.
