Here's a real beautiful copy of the Ivey's rare German album and it would be difficult to find a better one these days
Very strict grading
Cover:
I would declare it as "near mint"
The only thing from being pristine is a very small triangle crease in the upper right corner of size 1 x 1 cm
I made two photos (front and back) for your review.
Therefore, if you feel better having the sleeve graded as "excellent ++" it's fine with me

There is a light surface scrape beginning with the last 3 to 4 rounds of track # 5 ("They're Knocking Down Our Home")
and going throughout track # 6 ("I've Been Waiting") which ends side 2.
You don't hear it but it's essential to point out.
